Essential Job Functions:
• To welcome internal staff and external visitors at the forefront of office.
• Register and dispense the express.
• Office interior support (Furniture, Decoration, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.).
• Document Management (Copy, Binding, Archiving, etc.).
• Support company activities.
• Monitor conference room calendars and provide solutions to schedule conflicts.
• Make reservation, bookings for staff traveling and monthly reports to finance.
• Support translation request when required.
• Provide other necessary administration support.
Requirements to join us, you should have:
• Experience in a related field requiring strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in English language studies or related field is preferred
• Bilingual speaking and writing skills in English and Mandarin are required. College English Test (CET) 6 is preferred.
1. 接待公司访客。
2. 登记和分发快递。
3. 办公室行政支持((如保持办公室整洁、维护办公室设备等)。
4. 文档管理(如复制、装订、存档等)。
5. 协助公司举办活动(如公司年会,团建,圣诞节等)。
6. 协调管理会议室的每日会议安排。
7. 预订员工差旅(如酒店、机票、交通等)。
8. 负责办公室日常采购并处理有关月度报销。
9. 在需要时,协助同事提供翻译工作。
10. 其他上级要求的行政工作。
