Corporate Strategy & Development

Chervon Group Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our Corporate Strategy & Development Team as an intern. You will work in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual team headed by a former management consultant.  You will support internal strategy development through a variety of tasks and responsibilities including:

assist in strategy projects(fact base analysis, decision preparation, implementation planning)

gather, analyze and document information for strategic decisions (such as market analysis, competitor analysis, financial analysis, etc.)

analyze and assess market structures and trends, business potentials and risks support the preparation and organization of workshops

support the preparation of corporate presentations
Preferred profile:        

studying at a university in Nanjing, available either full-time (3-6 months) or part-time (4-6 months) internationally oriented bachelor or master students majoring in economics or business administration (preferred) or similar field of study with good business knowledge
previous practical experiences in related fields (e.g. in strategy related corporate functions or consulting) is a plus
ability to learn quickly,result-oriented, conceptual and analytical thinking
good communication skills and ability to adapt to cultural frame conditions
team spirit, empathy and strong implementation skills
high awareness of confidentiality, ability to work under pressure, high flexibility
proficiency in English,knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
proficiency in using MS Office,especially PowerPoint and Excel
