职位描述
1) Support on the filing and bindings of finance records and vouchers for SHPX team;
2) Arrangement for the signature and distribution for the annual audit accounts, LOR and related BRs for DM finance team;
3) Arrangements for the signatures and filing for the other finance documents based on the requirements from PCs for DM finance team;
4) Support the invoicing jobs of FA for SHPX team;
5) Support on any other admin jobs of JCN/CHL/JMGL when applicable for DM team;
