职责和任务。

-- 协助软件/工程师团队完成日常工作。负责启动固件/软件ECN(工程变更通知）/发布流程，并将其导入到生产中；帮助执行全球ECN(工程变更通知）/发布的生产自动化程序/固件更新；协助解决客户退回的设备问题分析。

-- 协助固件工程师进行固件SQA测试，找出系统中可能存在的软件缺陷，并通过测试重现软件缺陷，便于工程师定位和分析，以便采取后续行动。

--协助软件工程师进行用户模拟测试和系统软件的性能测试，以提高交付软件的可靠性。

- 协助解决夹具/生产自动化程序制造系统的问题，创建Jira向相关团队报告问题；可能需要对一些有助于提高制造效率的小程序进行编码。

-- 协助本地化项目：负责WI（Work Instruction）翻译，将生产自动化程序安装到生产电脑中，并培训操作员如何使用。

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assistant Software/Engineer team with daily routine work: In charge of start firmware/Software ECN/Release process and implement it into manufacturing; help with executing OpApp/Firmware update from Global ECN/Release; assist with problem solving on customer returned units.

• Assist firmware engineer to conduct firmware SQA tests to find out the possible bugs in the system and reproduce the bugs through tests to facilitate engineers to locate and analyze them for the follow-up actions.

• Assist software engineers in user simulation testing and performance testing of system software to improve the reliability of the delivered software.

• Assist problem solving for the Manufacturing system issue on the fixture/OpAPPs, create Jira to report the issue to related teams; may need to have some coding for small program which can help improve the Manufacturing efficiency.

• Help on the localization project: in charge of the WI translation, Installation OpApps into manufacturing computer and training the operator how to use.
