Job Description
1. Identify/develop sales opportunities and follow negotiation principles and other standard tactics to achieve sales objectives
2. Build on customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Drive sustainable and profitable growth for both Nestlé and the customers through quality implementation of the category and channel plan
4. Leverage the diverse teams across the full value chain to create competitive edge in winning customers
5. Proactively participate in the development of commercial activities for specific categories based on the aligned business strategy
6. Lead and drive projects/ initiatives in one or several of the main sales areas.
Required Qualification
1. Fresh Graduates with bachelor's degree or above
2. Passionate about FMCG or Food industry
3. Fluent English communication skills
4. High learning agility and strong ability to adapt
5. A good team player who can enable results through a diverse range of teams
6. Proactive, resistant to stress and result-oriented
7. Keen sense of curiosity, strong willingness to accept new challenges and good leadership skills
