ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Experience Design Intern who has passion for Digital and Customer Experience to join the VMLY&R Customer Experience team in FORD Shanghai. In the CX team, you will have opportunity to work under the leadership of senior designers to:
• Cooperate with a diverse team
• Participate in experience strategy projects of famous international brands
• Participate in in-depth customer research
• Apply design thinking methodology into the end-to-end CX projects
• Achieve multi-touch experience upgrade in the whole customer journey
Key Responsibilities:
• Supports to design systems, products, services, and interfaces. Generates concepts
• Supports to conducts research and validation
• Completes the visual optimization
Requirements:
• Have a preliminary understanding of Design Thinking
• Communication and collaboration skills
• UX/UI, Service Design, or similar skills & background
• Mastery of design software and associated workflows
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s in UI/UX/Graphic/Service Design, or similar
• Relevant internship experience is bonus
Other Requirement:
• At least 3 consecutive months of internship
