Assist and support TDI Lead in managing various training and development activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Training Admin and Support
·Work with
MyLearning team to create the training event and session in Mylearning system
according to the training calendar.
· Monitor
the enrollment report and communicate with vendor to do the training
preparation. · Prepare
before the training, onsite support on the training date and manage post
training follow-up such as training record and evaluation. · Coordinate Welcome session to new joiner.
·
Support local and regional people development programs.
· Support
ad-hoc task.
Candidate Profile:
Degree & Major: Not specific request, but prefer HR and Management.
Working Experience: Relevant intern experience in Training & Development is preferred.
Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skill, responsible, careful and principle-orientated, high-efficient and result-orientated.
Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Computer Skill: Skilled in MS office, especially in Excel.
