1.    Retail report and analysis

·         Regular monthly report consolidation (SA Working days and CP consolidation, sales forecast report consolidation, BTQ ID card updates….)

·         Any ad hoc analysis request from retail management (special product, sales performance during special seasonality, LL promotion…)

·         Regular meeting presentation on retail performance (monthly team meeting, monthly office meeting, quarterly sales meeting)

2.    Retail operation support

·         Monthly attendance recording for boutique staffs

·         Related financial expense management: boutiques’ expense reimbursement check, other expenses management from different vendors

·         Boutiques’ chop request follow up mainly on LL operational documents, agreement, Cleaning and Security standard contract extend

·         Boutique material management (BTQ Chocolate, product label, evian water and stationary…)

·         Any other regular administration work (boutique staff list update, Cash refund follow up, SA iphone application and management …)

·         Regular meeting minutes

·         Boutique opening support (material, stationaries, sales tools preparation and new boutique account creation…)

Requirements:

l  Bachelor degree and above

l  Related internship experience in luxury/retail industry

l  Strong team spirit

l  Strong office skills, especially excel

l  Strong analytical, quantitative and reporting skills

l  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

l  Very close contact with boutiques and boutique managers. Need to be hands on and goal-oriented enough

l  Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail

l  Strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation

l  Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required
