职位描述
Job Description:
1. Provide Assistance and secretarial support to training department
2. Apply for vendor payments
3. Conduct training reports
4. Training record maintenance
5. Any other duties assigned by line-manager
Job Requirements
1. Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
2. Strong ability of office software, especially Excel, Power Point
3. Good oral and written English
4. Good communication skills and team work spirit
5. Able to work continuously for at least 3 months, minimum 3 days per week
