Support site routine recruitment activities
including job posting, screening, phone interview for front-line staff,
interview arrangement, on-board documents preparation and etc.
Assist P-file management
with accuracy and efficiency
Facilitate New Employee
Orientation Training process and maintain relevant training data
Involve in department
innovation projects
Other related tasks
assigned by HR Manager
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or
above, with graduation in 2022
Available to work 3 days
per week
Good communication
skills and interpersonal skills
Strong learning
capability and willing to learn new tools
