*注：本实习为暑期实习，预计8月底结束，需要学生保证每周3-5天出勤。

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Learn Estane supply planning business for APAC region.

·       Support system launch for Kinaxis both Constraint planning and Demand planning tool; write Kinaxis job aid in both Chinese and English.

·       Work with planning team to start the implementation of the system.

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

1）  Education：

·       Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemical is preferred.

·       Keen on Supply Chain knowledge learning

2）  Main Core Competencies：

·       Collaboration, good team player

·       Good Communication Skills in both Mandarin and English

·       Logical thinking

·       Result driven

·       Self-development; quick learner

3）  Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

·       Good communication and problem-solving skills

·       Good analysis skills

4）  Language Skill:

·       Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
