Job Description:

• Assisting HRBP on daily operation 

• Preparing regular People Dashboard and ad-hoc reporting for management review

• Coordinating retail projects and initiatives

• Supporting the HR administration when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Second or third year undergraduate students in Human Resources or related discipline

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English

• Proficient use in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility

• Available to work 3 days per week starting from May and full-time during summer (Jun to Dec)
