Position Title: OES Marketing Internship and Regional Director Assistant

Working Location: 33rd floor, Building B, 391 Gui Ping Road, Caohejing, Shanghai

Department: OES China

Overall Purpose of Job

Assist Marketing Dept. in aftermarket product presentation, event organization and other marketing activities.

Assist regional director on administration work.

Major Responsibilities 

• Assist marketing sell-out event and data analysis.

• Digital marketing support on E survey and media communication.

• Presentation material support, sales activity support and other supports needed

• Assist in regular communication with regional offices and key customers & etc.

• Administration support for processing of paper and data.

   

  Request of qualification:

• University students majored in architecture/ engineering/ marketing are highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and preferably proficient in written & oral English and Mandarin.

• Strong passion in marketing related jobs, willing to accept challenge.

• Can work at least 2-3 days full time a week in 1 year duration.

• Excellent computer skills.
