职位描述

  • Responsibilities:

  • Calculate gross and net pay amount (e.g., salary, overtime, leave deduction, sales commission, bonused, compensation, benefit, tax, etc.)

  • Payroll-specific records maintenance (changes in salary, pension, insurance, mandatory deductions, new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.)

  • Implement and administer compensation programs (e.g., annual budgeting, policy updates, new scheme design, market survey, etc.)

  • Process employee information and maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

  • Prepare Statistical Summaries and special reports from HRIS involving headcount, pay grade, performance data, payroll information and other employee records.

  • Ensure the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and test new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedure.

  • Support other HR activities.

 

  • Qualification:

  • College Degree or above.

  • 2021 fresh graduate is preferred. Or less than 1 year working experience in HR / payroll / HRIS area.

  • Excellent PC skills especially in Excel and Power Point.

  • Fluent English in written.
