Responsibilities:
Calculate gross and net pay amount (e.g., salary, overtime, leave deduction, sales commission, bonused, compensation, benefit, tax, etc.)
Payroll-specific records maintenance (changes in salary, pension, insurance, mandatory deductions, new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.)
Implement and administer compensation programs (e.g., annual budgeting, policy updates, new scheme design, market survey, etc.)
Process employee information and maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Prepare Statistical Summaries and special reports from HRIS involving headcount, pay grade, performance data, payroll information and other employee records.
Ensure the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and test new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedure.
Support other HR activities.
Qualification:
College Degree or above.
2021 fresh graduate is preferred. Or less than 1 year working experience in HR / payroll / HRIS area.
Excellent PC skills especially in Excel and Power Point.
Fluent English in written.
