职位描述
Responsibilities:
•Complete
VAT invoice verification in tax system and cross check the SAP variance and
prepare SAP invoice list to corresponding colleague;
•Coordinate
with All Function cost requestors and Perform Delegation of authorization for good receipt and GR
registration;
•Check
employee expense report and maintain weekly data;
•Efficiently
communicate with Shared service center and make sure the booking process
smoothly;
•Closely
work with accounting team on monthly closing;
•Handle
bank and tax bureau issue independently, collect bank dox and statement;
•Support
on credit invoice return and follow up;
•Prepare
key documents filing according to statutory requirements, such as FCY Debit
Notes /Contract/expense report/ etc.. ;
•Take
inventory of Fixed assets;
•Adhoc
tasks assigned for special project
Requirements:
•Basic
accounting knowledge, undergraduate or graduate student with major in Finance or
Accounting related
•Can
offer 3-4 days a week, at least 3 months
•Knowledge
in MS office, especially excel.

•实习薪资120-150元/天，另有每日15元午餐补贴（有食堂）
