Job description：

Communication Part:

1.Support communication manager to prepare the News for “GM&T whats New” in English&Chinese

2.Coordination with ALC for wechat news

3.Sustainable action: collect the ideas from the team, and organize at least one activity related to “sustainable / Green/ Environment Friendly”

Marketing Part:

1.Research information for Biogas and Electronic

2.Collect the information from specified sources and prepare newsletter draft in English about low temperature applications

3.News (policy) translation from Chinese to English

Customer Voice Part:

1.Collect the Customer survey feedback (call) for 2020, and customer survey program 2021

2.Organize the customer activities

3.Customer survey

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor or above in Communication / Marketing / English / Science / Engineerin

2.Experience / Knowledge / Skill / Personality :

3.Experience in organization, coordination, information study

4.Fluent in speaking and writing English

5.Good at Office software

6.Quick learner from on job training

7.Willing and able to communicate with people in different styles.

Expected working hours:

2 days (8 hrs)  per week or 4 days (4 hrs), flexible arrangement possible as part of work can be done out of usual working time
