KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.       Responsible for new vendor development as well as support the purchase ordering process, delivery and vendor payment in ERP system

2.       Assist Purchasing Manager with new projects purchases, including obtaining supplier quotation, monitoring delivery and preparing  weekly reports

3.       Provide support for ongoing supplier sourcing and management activities

4.       Involved aspects of data collection, preparing quotes and data analysis

5.       Purchase file documentation

6.       Interface both verbally and written format with both external and internal customers and suppliers

7.       Other jobs assigned by purchasing manager

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1.       Direct and concise

2.       Keep people informed with good communication skills

3.       Listens effectively to others

4.       Effective at working in team situations

5.       Responds thoroughly and timely to customer needs

6.       Ability to use PC functions e.g. word-processing, excel, powerpoint

 

EDUCATION:

1.       College graduated and above

2.       Good at English, esp. writing and reading

3.       At least 3 days per week
