JOB DESCRIPTION 

Trajectry is looking for a motivated and talented Consulting Intern to join its team. The intern will support our globally pronounced clients engaged in digital innovation and China market strategy projects, powered by Trajectry in the following areas: market research, strategic advisory, innovation outposts, learning expeditions, and customized training, etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Research Projects (70%):
● Conduct desk research on topics including: emerging technologies, new retail, consumer insights, platform strategy, new business models, ecommerce, and summary key findings into meaningful analysis under line manager’s guidance.
● Learn our methodologies on various strategic topics and participate in client facing projects.

Slides Production (20%):
● Produce presentation slides with under line manager’s guidance
● Contribute to the creation of keynote and workshop content for upskilling projects

Participate in Team Rituals (10%):
● Attend events related to China’s digital & innovation ecosystems and key client industries
● Support internal projects, participate in team meetings, and attend company training and upskilling sessions

● Chinese native, fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
● 3-6 month commitment, with at least 4 days per week
