MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Help legal department to

-handle consumer complaints: need to communicate with business teams of brands to well understand overall situation and details of the cases, provide professional legal comments and suggestions, and review the explanation letters which need to be submitted to authorities.   

-review marketing and advertising materials: including but not limited to print ads, video ads, KVs, product pages, promotional campaign mechanism, brands’ membership rules…

-do document translation and other admin or legal work assigned by legal counsel.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

- Master degree or above, prefer with law degree;

- CET-6 or above, be able to do translation work;

- 4-5 days/week of attendance, at least 3 days/week;

- Detailed Orientated, and with team cooperation spirit;

- Good communication skills;

- Willing to learn and grow.
