MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Forecasting Project:

Ø  To support the data/KPI sanity checking, data preprocessing and data analytics for Media, Promotion etc.

Ø  To monitor the AI forecasting model performance evaluation and could contribute to the modeling

Ø  To participate the evolution of the BI tools that improve the efficiency and application for users based on the supply chain digital strategy

Tester Auto Replenishment:

Ø  To consolidate VM display database and update tools, maintain tester catalogue and set auto-replenishment parameters

Ø  To draft counter tester write-off and out of stock reports, with root cause analysis and actions follow-up

Key Competence:

- Patient and willing to go to details, interested in the luxury or cosmetics industry

- Good team player, open-minded, well-organized, and self-motivated

- Proper communication and data skills

- Could work 4 days per week at least, better 5 days (from Mon - Fri)

 Technical Skills:

- Fluent in English (both written & speaking)

- Be proficient in application of Office software (Excel&Powerpoint), Python, PowerBI is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree, computer science is a plus
