Communications interns will assist the Department with daily operational routines, as well as a wide range of internal and external communications projects, such as marketing events, employees'event and etc. The interns shall establish working relationships with various stakeholders to accomplish these tasks. Ideal candidates will be energetic, hard-working, social media and web-savvy, and brimming with ideas about creative ways to engage audiences in the organization's mission.

While assisting with projects, interns will gain hands-on experience and training in many aspects of communications, public relations, marketing and development, while also gaining a good understanding of a foreign insurance company.

Interns' responsibilities will include:

• A commitment to work 3 working days per week for two months (minimum)

• Assisting staff with promoting events

• Assisting in the production of advertisements, press releases, and promotional materials.

• Trying to lead online & social media projects 

Qualified candidates will be/have:

• Passion for effective communication and utilizing various tools to deliver messaging

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with good written and verbal proficiency in both English and Chinese

• Strong organizational skills

• Computer skills with experience in Social Media (WeChat, Sina Weibo, Tik Tok) & Microsoft office (WORD, PDF & PPT)

• The ability to work as a team player as well as sometimes, independently

• Flexibility and ability to maintain high efficiency under deadline pressure

• Preferably, proficient in video-editing
