Responsibilities:
1) Perform cell culture experiments for cell line development, including but not limited to: cell transfection, clone selection, screening and evaluation, limited dilution cloning, ELISA etc.
2) Document the procedures and data, write and present work report.
3) Participate in lab management.
4) Collaborate with other functional groups on the projects.
5) Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:
1) MS degree with reseach experience in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry or other biological sciences.
2) Solid knowledge and understanding on cell culture and at least one year hands-on experience in stable CHO cell line development is required.
3) Independent and critical thinking, excellent communication with colleagues and in English is required.
4) Experience with bioreactors is a plus.
