Primary Function:
Internship that provides an opportunity to understand clinical trials operations in a wide variety of fields and work closely with Clinical Trial Assistant group to support various ZaiLab study teams and initiatives. Observes and gains expertise in applicable areas.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
• Complete the delegated tasks under the guidance from colleagues under Clinical Operations.
• File TMF documents into paper TMF Binder /electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) system per requirement of the International Conference of Harmonisation Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice (ICH/GCP) and ZaiLab SOP
• General administrative support such as contract signing process, goods purchase, and meeting logistics, etc
Qualifications
• Enrolled in University
• Fluent in English (reading & writing)
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Passionate about Health Care Industry or Clinical Trial Operations
• Good communication and team-work, positive attitude
• Work At least 3 days a week for consecutive 3 months
