1. support “KISS MK” project—re-define MKC business model & compliance bottom-line;
MKC is working with PKU law school of this project, we will sponsor a campaign in school, engage law school student to help us re-define our model, facilitate our business model transformation. The candidate may help us to implement this project.
2. support corporate governance enhancement project;
per the alignment between SWAT team, legal will lead to review current status of company chop and certificate, and develop the central management plan, and implement. The candidate may support project owner in documentation review, filing, preparing relevant reports, etc.,

3.有想象力和创造力，能提出一些新想法和建议；
4. 熟悉legal research、熟练使用word, power point等软件，且PPT制作水平高超者优先；英语6及以上，有良好的阅读、书面表达能力；
