Main Responsibility:
1. Help to finish system operation in BPM, such as contract, po & payment application.
2. Work as PMO to assist Product Team Lead track key project status with project managers.
3. Support Product Team Lead on vendor management.
4. Support project manager and local product owner on project delivery.
5. Administrative work such as meeting booking, meeting notes, etc.
Hiring Criteria:
1. Good at oral and written English.
2. Familiar with Microsoft office, such as Excel, Power point.
3. Able to work 4 days above per week, prefer more than 6 months.
4. Out- going and willing to learn.
5. Work with efficiency.
