岗位职责:
Main duties/Responsibilities
Membership reporting for the AEs as well as for the Contract Team.
Special Client Reporting in terms of Eligibility/premium calculation.
Issue Log Updates (Billing/Eligibility/etc) so that client management team can better identify key issues that impact our clients and help operations to resolve.
Helping put together renewal proposals and provide to the AE/CM for review
Admin work for the whole client management team.
Other tasks assigned by CM/AE.

An interest in insurance.
English and Mandarin fluency – spoken, written, reading
Demonstrated solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and MS Outlook. PowerPoint etc.
Responsible, energetic and creative
Attendance requirement: at least three days a week.
