职位描述

岗位职责:

Main duties/Responsibilities

  1. Membership reporting for the AEs as well as for the Contract Team.

  2. Special Client Reporting in terms of Eligibility/premium calculation.

  3. Issue Log Updates (Billing/Eligibility/etc) so that client management team can better identify key issues that impact our clients and help operations to resolve.

  4. Helping put together renewal proposals and provide to the AE/CM for review

  5. Admin work for the whole client management team.

  6. Other tasks assigned by CM/AE.

 

任职要求:

Requirements

  1. An interest in insurance.

  2. English and Mandarin fluency – spoken, written, reading

  3. Demonstrated solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and MS Outlook. PowerPoint etc.

  4. Responsible, energetic and creative

  5. Attendance requirement: at least three days a week.
