Job Description:
• Provides IT desktop support services to internal end users. The support services
include desktop hardware and software, telephone, printer, etc.
为公司内部员工提供桌面支持,范围包括电脑(Windows/Macbook)硬件,软
件, 电话,打印机等。
• Assists to manage IT assets (notebook, desktop, server, network, etc).
协助管理 IT 资产(电脑,服务器,网络设备等)
• Assists to develop and maintenance internal applications.
协助开发和维护公司内部应用系统。
Background/Experience/Credentials:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, will graduate in 2021/2022;
• Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System and
Management, Communication Engineering, Network Engineering, AT, Cloud, or
related IT/STEM disciplines.
• Liberal Arts, English, Business, Economics majors with interest in IT is also can
be considered.
• Strong technical skills in MS Windows, basic MS Word, Excel skills, basic
knowledge in AD/DHCP/DNS.
• Good command of written and spoken English. CET-4 is minimum requirement
and CET-6 is advantageous..
• Strong attention to detail, high motivation, positive can-do attitude• Shows ability to work independently, strong communication and interpersonal
skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and to multi-task supporting the
production of client deliverables
