职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Screen and download CVs

2. Make phone calls to candidates and invite them for interviews

3. Communicate with HR and senior managers, and arrange interviews according to their schedule

4. Book meeting rooms via online system

5. Generate a bi-weekly report on the recruitment progress

6. Assist with other recruitment activities

7. Other HR-related tasks


·         筛选并下载简历

·         与应聘者进行面试邀请

·         根据管理层时间安排面试

·         线上预订面试间

·         制作招聘进度周报

·         协助其他招聘活动

·         其他人事相关的工作



Requirements:
1. Good command of oral and written in English and Chinese.

2.  A team player who is detail-oriented, flexible and quick to learn, and also has with good communication skills.

3. Good computer skills

4.  HRM intern experience is a plus, but not a must

5.  Can work 3+ days a week for more than 4 months

·         流利的中英文书写与表达能力

·         良好的沟通能力,注重细节,灵活思维,有团体意识,较强的学习能力

·         良好的计算机能力

·         有人力资源相关经验者优先

·         一周工作3天及以上,能持续4个月及以上
