职位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责:

  1. Take part in the planning and executing about the DL HC management, including the annual concentrated DL hiring, training, maintaining in peak season and the HC controlling in low season. Make the regular HC and man-hours reports.参与策划和执行直接员工的人员配置管理,包括每年的生产旺季期间的集中招聘、新员工培训、新员工保持,以及每年淡季期间的员工人数管控。定期出具人员、工时有关的统计报告。
  2. Work with Line manager/Production department to handle the daily communicating with employees under variable situation. Realize the compliance and flexibility labor force management, with continual development on engagement and morale in workshop.与直接主管及生产部门一起,负责各种情境下的员工沟通。以此实现公司直接员工生产力管理的合规、柔性,并保持和提高一定的敬业度和工作士气。
  3. Maintain the HR data/information, for example, the people archive, attendance data base. Make sure the process of SSC/C&B runs sooth in Minhang site, and involve some procedures in local government/authority.负责一些日常的人力资源信息管理,如人事档案资料,考勤数据库维护等,确保这些薪资、人事的管理流程在闵行工厂运行正常,包括参与某些与当地劳动管理部门的沟通工作。
  4. Under the direction from Line manager, support all kinds of HR/Operation improvement projects or individual ER issues.在直接主管的领导下,参与和支持各类人力资源有关的改善项目或员工关系个案处理。
  5. Any other work assigned by Line manager.直接主管安排的工作。


QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格:

  1. College or higher certification, HR management related fields, legal or psychology profession is preferred; 大专以上学历,人力资源相关专业、法律、心理学专业优先
  2. Good communication/ presentation skills and team player.具备良好的沟通和陈述技巧和团队精神
  3. Good computer skills;熟练操作电脑
  4. Good Chinese and English communication skill;良好的中英文交流技巧
  5. HR related legal.具备人力资源法律法规知识
  6. Basic enterprise operating conception. 了解基本的企业运营概念
