Title: Project Assistant Intern

Location: Shanghai

Reports to: Project Manager 

Key responsibilities:

DESCRIPTION:

EA Pogo is looking for an project/team assistant Intern to assist with overall team errands and project work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Administrative work includes but not limited to

-Operational/administrative document preparation

-Help organizing team event/meal

-Visitors/Travel logistic

-Etc.

*Project assistant work includes but not limited to

-Prepare documents as instructed by the stakeholders

-Take minutes for meetings and help follow up on action items with various teams

-Help update internal knowledge sharing portals

-Help translate notes from English to Chinese, and occasionally from Chinese to English

-Proof-read text copies for our products

-Data Entry

-Etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Excellent written and spoken English

*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

*Proactive work attitude and willing to learn

*Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability of multi-tasking

*Good communication and interpersonal skills

*Passion for games is a plus
