说明：该实习岗位工作地点位于上海市青浦区拓青路88号（克鲁勃润滑剂中国总部），公司提供每日往返上海市区的免费班车（杨浦/闵行/长宁/虹口/普陀/浦东），午餐，点心咖啡等小食。请同学们酌情考虑通勤方式，非诚勿投！

Responsibilities:
1.协助物流专员根据业务要求对报关单证进行准备、审单、制单、邮寄。
Support the logistics specialist when they need to prepare,inspect,produce,and mailling the declaration of both export and import goods.
2.报关文件和数据的整理以及导入关务系统
Collate the declaration form and the relate date,and import them into the declaration system.
3.协助物流专员完成税款填制，填制费用报销单。
Support the logistics specialist finish the tax receipt,and the payment reimbursement form.
4.根据要求对单证资料整理归档。
File the document into the archives room according to the needs.
5.参与AEO海关一般认证项目，根据项目要求准备相关文件。
Participate in AEO customs regcognition project.Prepare the relate document for the project.
6.其他供应链支持性工作
Other supporting tasks within SCM department.

Qualifications:
1.大专以上学历。College degree or above.
2.做事认真负责，谨慎细心，沟通理解力佳。Having a strong communication skill and responsibility of taking care of the works.
3.熟练使用Office软件。 Using the Office software proficiently.
4.良好的英语读写能力。 Fluent in spoken and written English.
