【岗位职责】

·         PR（30%）:

-       Assets update periodically, downloading and sharing global assets for internal and external

-       PR sample inventory management, doing the registration for media borrowing MKT samples

-       Regular seeding to media or running leaders.

·         Activity（30%）:

-       Collect runbase information

-       Work together with team to create ideas of running club activity and monitor the onsite execution

-       Update activity cooperation proposals

-       Consolidate activity report and file the images

·         Finance & Procurement (25%): 

-       System process follow-up--EBS system (write off and doing PO), MDM - Add Finance (Vendor)

·         Admin support (15%): 

-       Support VM manager with showroom management

-       Send and receive express

【任职要求】

·         Good at Microsoft Office, such as: Word, Excel, PPT.

·         Able to work at least 3 days/week, better 4 days/week​.

·         Careful, reliable, positive.

·         Has regular sports hobby

·         Major in physical education, sports related or finance will be a plus.
