Main Responsibilities
主要职责：
Assisting the PVCP China team for land visit, project analysis and evaluation, such as land quality analysis, when JV will submit PVCP some new land proposals.
协助PVCP中国团队进行土地考察，项目分析和评估，如当合资企业提交一些新的土地方案时进行地块质量分析。
Assisting PVCP China team for the management of specialists for specific technical studies like soil surveys, utilities, trees, environmental studies… related to project development.
协助PVCP中国团队管理及沟通与项目开发相关的土壤调查、公用设施、树木、环境研究等具体技术研究的顾问。
Assisting PVCP China team for the management of local design institutes regarding urban planning and feasibility studies.
协助PVCP中国团队管理有关城市规划及可行性研究的本地设计院。
General studies on the development phase: legal environment, planning permissions, LDI missions (use of MS project)
开发阶段的一般研究:法律环境、规划许可、LDI任务(MS项目使用)。
Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from top university in China (985,211 universities) or abroad. Preferred education background: An intern with urbanism background or other related majors are preferred.

Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
IT Skills: Excellent acquaintance of MS Office, Photoshop, Autocad，MS Project, Sketch Up, and GIS would be a plus.
熟练运用office办公软件，熟练使用Photoshop, Autocad. MS Project, Sketch Up, 和GIS者优先考虑。
Languages: Proficient in Mandarin and English (mandatory); French will be a plus.
中英文流利，会法语者优先。
