The Arm GPU Engineering Group produces graphics hardware as well as software products for mobile and embedded devices. The Mali™ range of Media Processors offers an advanced, programmable architecture for hardware acceleration of 2D and 3D graphics, video and display. Our flagship Mali processors set a new standard for performance, while continuing the ARM tradition of low-power consumption.

As an intern of GPU DDK Production team, you will get to know the company which leads the mobile electronic device industry; you will get the opportunity to work together with the most talented graphics engineers; you will have the opportunity to learn about the most efficient mobile graphics chips – Arm Mali graphics series.

What will I be accountable for?

·      Build Arm based platforms, setup Android environment on these platforms

·      Create and run tests on Arm graphics platforms, generate test report.

·      Help to debug and verify bug fixing.

What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

·      Excellent C/C++ coding and debugging skill.

·      Knowledge of the Android OS, experience of debugging on Android.

·      Experience of the Linux development environment.

·      Proficiency in problem solving and debugging.

·      Excellent team working skills.

·      Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

It would be great if you also had some of the following:

·      Experience in large, multi-site software development projects.

·      Knowledge of full Software life-cycle including specification design, test and documentation.

·      Experience of Agile software development.
