PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION 

• Support data collection and analysis on material management systems and relevant materials projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data and do analysis for decision making, enhance current data analytics tool/solution;
• Execute regular tracking and results publishing tasks, provide insights to the teams.
• Maintain and upgrade A&G materials share point and share folders.

Key Relationships  

1. A&G LO Materials Managers
2. Stakeholders in Sourcing, BUs and Suppliers
3. FTW/APP Materials Sourcing teams and Horizontal teams in HQ (materials related)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Strong analytical skills via Excel and any advanced tools, good interpretation to deliver result is a plus;
2. Logical thinking, self-motivated with a keen interest to learn, attention to details;
3. Good communication skills, Fluent in English (written and spoken);
4. At least 3 working days per week, 3-6 months service period;

Working Location: Guangzhou office (factory visits nearby Guangzhou may be required upon business need)
