DSS Sustainable Solutions is the former consulting business unit of DuPont known
as DuPont Sustainable Solutions which became an independent consulting firm in 2019 after its separation from DuPont.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Clear understanding the skill matrix and capacity of DSS resources and DSS business practices.
- Resource Scheduling. Work closely with project teams to fulfill resource requests, to ensure right resources (skills / competencies) get allocated to right projects (opportunity and execution phases) at the right time (as per project plans) and with the right costs (smart utilization of existing capacity, travel costs and seniority level aligned to the defined project outcomes).
- Business data management and analysis.
- Independent Contracted Delivery Resources (ICDR) management, including contract management, good receipt, data analysis etc.
- Organize dss+ resources resume and perform translation work when necessary.
- Office admin work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good team-work spirits and compressive capacity.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent Microsoft software/IT skills.
- At least 2-3 days per week, can last ≥3 months.
