1.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Job Summary – (Role Summary)

·         Support daily signing of hotel franchise deals and renewals / Chances to attend deal negotiations in mainland, HK SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan region;

·         Support legal and business documents drafting and translation;

·         Legal and trademark research and faciliation of various internal trainings;

·         Franchise filing with government and internal contract management;

·         Support senior inhouse counsels on ad hoc projects.

2.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills and Availability –

·         2~3 working days a week. Good time and priority management skills.

·         Good team player and communication skills.

·         Good English and powerpoint skills can be a plus. 

Qualifications & Experience

·         Master or bachelor of laws.

·         PRC bar exam passed will be preferred.
