Principal Accountability

Resource Planning:

• Resource operational planning for industrialization test in plants in China, by consolidating daily requests from project planners then exchange with plant coordinator in a weekly basis.
• Test BIAS analysis: actual requests to China test center vs. forecast.  
• Data consolidation and analysis in Monthly DORD visual management process (2nd week of each month).

Logistic:

• Support RDI logistic coordinator for tire shipment follow up, daily contact with logistic coordinators in other zones.

• Indicator calculation and root cause analysis for AOE 12 weeks indicator, BIAS indicator for test and human resource.

Key Qualities Required

• High data analysis sense, good excel skills
• Good communication skills, quick learner, determined to learn, proactive
• Good English skills
