Planning department assistant

Working period:

No less than 3 months and >=2 days / week;

Responsibilities:

·        Shipping documents including contract filling and stamps;

·        Support order confirmation as required by planning manager;

·        Database management support, report generate and maintenance as required by planning manager;

·        Other duties as required by planning manager
