ABOUT THE JOB

• Assist IR team in daily operation work with partner’s sales team and internal cross function team such as VM/Training/CS, etc.
• Run weekly CR & KPI report to support IR team conduct business analysis
• Combine monthly competitor report
• Plan IR team working calendar
• Support IR dealers’ reception during special events such as Retailer Day, QBR, exhibitions, etc.
• Assist in operation project such as Coco, R+
• Assist to coordinating team building events

ABOUT YOU

• We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
• Second or third year undergraduate students in business management
• Proficient use in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Available to work 3 days per week starting from Nov and full-time during winter
